SPM Law

August 2020

Welcome to the latest edition of SPM Law Matters.

The ever changing landscape of COVID-19 and associated guidelines has certainly thrown challenges at us that we have previously never experienced.  Like everyone, SPM Law has endeavoured to keep on top of the changes and be flexible and responsive in our approach and advice.  To assist with social distancing we have been conducting more of our meetings via Zoom or phone.  It has also reinforced the importance of our digital presence and activities and the first article is a must read for anyone that is transferring monies electronically.

We hope you find all the articles informative and interesting and if we can be of any assistance to you in these areas or others please do not hesitate to contact our team.
