Preparing your will
Congratulations on organising or updating your will. A valid will is one of the most important documents you will ever sign as it is the best way to ensures that your wishes are met and protect your loved ones.
There are three main types of questions we ask when preparing wills - Who are you? What do you own? What do you want?
To assist us to be prepared for our meeting, and to save you time (and money), we would appreciate if you would complete the following questions and submit the form. Your answers are private and confidential.
This form needs to be completed for each party requiring a will.
Changes to QLD Guardianship laws are now in place
From 30 November 2020, the Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) and Advance Health Directive (AHD) forms that have been used for nearly 20 years in Queensland have been updated and amended and now must be used. If you have an EPA or AHD that was completed before 30 November it will still be valid.View All News
