Apologies for this morning's email - new website platform and and some unexpected teething problems - fingers and toes crossed this time.

SPM are excited to be a certified PEXA organisation and have successfully completed our first few PEXA conveyancing transactions. PEXA enables us to complete conveyancing transactions and lodgements online making settlement more streamlined. Feedback from our conveyancing team; "They went great. So much easier and the client was so impressed they had the funds in their account within 20 minutes and accessible to them!"

Thanks to everyone who came along and supported our Cooroy 1st birthday celebrations.  The cake was delicious!

This year seems to be moving by with a flash and that means the annual Movember Fundraising lunch Michael hosts is only weeks away. Further details below. We hope to see you all there. Tickets selling fast so get in quick!
