SPM Law

Happy New Year everyone and welcome to the new decade.  If the first couple of weeks of 2020 are anything to go by, we are looking forward to another very busy and productive year.

We are delighted to say that SPM Law welcomed Anne Crowley back to the fold late last year. Anne is heading up the conveyancing department. Anyone that has dealt with Anne knows that she is one of the best in the business with years of experience in all facets of conveyancing in both South Australia and Queensland. She has a wide range of experience in complex property transactions and has considerable expertise across conveyancing in all areas including deceased estates, easements, mortgages, caveats, due diligence and investigations.

We are also pleased to say that SPM Law became certified members of PEXA last year completing over 50 conveyance transactions electronically.  We have found that the shift to e-conveyancing is taking away a lot of the stress to both staff and clients with the process being simplified and time saving.  More about the positives of e-conveyancing in an article below.
