SykesPearsonMiller has been in existence in some form or other for over 100 years. The firm was originally started in Gympie by the predecessors of Rod Sykes. In the early 1970's Rod Sykes set up a visited practice in Noosa Heads and shortly thereafter established a presence in Noosa full time.

The firm in its current name was established in 1987 when Ian Miller joined with Rod and Drew Pearson to form Sykes Pearson Miller. The office of Sykes Pearson Miller was originally located on beautiful Hastings Street. However, with the growing demand as a holiday destination it eventually became impractical to maintain a commercial office in Hastings Street and it was relocated in the mid 1990's to its current location on the river at Noosa Sound.

The largest law practice in Noosa, SykesPearsonMiller has established a large client base from a wide cross section of the community. Our clients include local and Sunshine Coast residents, and, because of Noosa's unique attraction to investors and tourists, they also include residents from other parts of Queensland, from other states and overseas.

SykesPearsonMiller currently has 7 lawyers and in excess of an additional 15 highly trained and skilled support staff. The firm has a well established reputation for quality and service. This is maintained by the firm's commitment to its clients and in utilising the latest in technology to assist the growing demands of the community when seeking legal services.
